The disk drive in this bay is unidentifiable.
Hi,
I have this issue - after adding some new enclosures in the 8400, six of the disks are in "The disk drive in this bay is unidentifiable" status. They are on 3 different enclosures with healthy drives.
Any idea?!

Re: The disk drive in this bay is unidentifiable.
I've seen this from time to time, too.
In that case
- I pull a disk
- wait until it is no longer visible in CV-EVA
-- or wait about 3 minutes
-- whatever is longer
- and then put the disk back and push a bit to make it is properly seated
- wait until it shows up properly in CV-EVA
- go to the next disk

Re: The disk drive in this bay is unidentifiable.
Do you know the disk model numbers? were they working at any point of time, like have you tried grouping them ? appreciate if you could share the EVA Controller event logs or the SSSU output of the EVA.
Thanks,
Rajiv
