Trouble installing command view v10 on windows 2008R2 server

I downloaded the software : DVD, CommandView v10.0 w/SmartStart SW (T5494-10030.iso) from

https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=P6000_CV10

During install I get the error : "Unsupported 16 bit application"

Did I download the wrong software ?

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or 2008 Enterprise Edition or Standard Edition are the one supported for Command View EVA.

I used this one

HP P6000 Command View V10.0 ZiP (T5494-10033.zip)

on Windows Server 2008R2 and it worked fine.
