UNABLE TO BACKUP SOLARIS SERVER

Hi All,
From last one month we are unable to take one solaris system SAN backup which is part of 4 node cluster and for other 3 node we are able to take backup from same san drive(Tape library is ESL712e & backup software is DP 6.11), as we were able to take it previously.I have reinstalled the disk and media agent several time but still we are unable to take SAN backup.Whenever we try to take the backup of solaris server it always gets hanged after taking some backup and after 5hrs get gets failed.
