Re: Up Down

Hi!

What setting is the port in the SAN-switch? Fixed/negotiate speed etc?

Would you be able to try to hook the MPX up to another port in the SAN-switch? How about new cable/SFP?

Have you restarted the MPX?

Firmware update maybe?

Do you see any errors on the mpx? ( logs or leds )

Re: Up Down

Hello,

check the port at the switch for errors, bad frames, CRC etc. Try to set fixed speed at both sides.

Re: Up Down

Hello,

you should log a call at HP. I would recommend to replace the MPX.
