Upgrade to Command View 9.2 failed

Hi, I followed a manual procedure for uninstalling CV9.1 after the auto install completed, but getting the error while trying to install CV9.2 on Windows 2003 SP2.

"Setup has detected that an instance of HP CommandView Software suite is already running. Setup cannot continue while an instance of HP CommandView Software Suite is running."

Any other ideas.

Hello,
I've done upgrade to 9.2 last week with no similar issue. I just run 9.2 installer - it removed 9.1, restarted server, then I run install again and everything went ok.

Do you still see CV 9.1 in installed programs?

I found the update process quite flaky, it took about 90 minutes for a simple upgrade.
a couple of reboots cleared things out.
