There a numerous ways.

1) Check the labels on the card
2) Check in the HBA Bios
3) Check in SanSurfer
4) Check the specific port on your fc switch

is it which as MAC address is indicated? where do I find in setup? WWN does not stand there.

Maybe i should have asked if it is a FC HBA or iSCSI HBA ?

Usually there is a sticker on the card itself.

If you have it installed in the OS you can use Qlogic SanSurfer to view the card properties.

Then enter the Qlogic HBA BIOS at boot.
