adding shelf to eva6000

Replaced an old shelf with new one. Removed cables from shelf, and connected them to the new one. Shelf was given a number. Installed all the new drives, all but the first drive went orange then green. First drive remained orange. Shelf nor drives are visible in CV. All this was performed live. Downtime impossible.

Please help

The disks on the shelf are visible in Command View (maybe under "unmappable hardware")?

Any alert on the enclosure EMU?

Are you sure the enclosure is a M5314A or B? If you purchased it, it's likely that you have got an M5314C, and that's for EVA4100/6100/8100 ONLY.

on the front of the enclosure, there is a green light where the rest of my functional enclosures have it, will check the model number
