commandview loss connection to EVA4400
We have two EVA4400 in Continuous EVA environment at 2 sites both having 1 management server each.In order to perform suspend operation on DRgroup the controll of both eva was temporarilly transfered to one of the management server. But after a while(some hrs) the intersite link went down and the commandview is shown the other EVA as - slave only giving error "unable to find communication path for the master controller" Now i have restarted commandvie services and even the management server for the EVA that is left unmanaged but no success.I have check the Wocp of that eva, every status say GOOD.I have check all fabric switch ports- All seems ok. But still I none of the commandview server can see the EVA any more! Wocp still identifies the controllers as master and slave. Can any one tell me based on experience what has gone wrong and possible fix.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: commandview loss connection to EVA4400
Use cvutil utility (in the Command View directory), to check the status of the communication with the EVAs
Run cvutil paths
If some path appears as unresponsive or unknown state, try cvutil release_locks

try clearing the browser history cache, this sometimes helps.
