eva controllers power supply

Both Eva 3000 controllers have one of the locals power source of the impellers with the led orange ignited.
We have tried to replace them with working others two SURE but the led it remains orange. how we can resolve the problem?

This is a problem with the external power source, not the supply module. Maybe a circuit breaker has triggered or was turned off accidently.
