Hi
My issue is that a port 1A is disabled once a day.i remove i/o , cable, gbic, but not resolve problem.
please help.

Hello,
do you need to reseat the whole i/o module to fix the problem?
Is it always in the same i/o module?
What firmware are you running?
Maybe the cable, gbic or i/o module is the problem. Tried any replacements?

Have you replaced the controller too?
And it's always the i/o module on the same side in one specific enclosure?
Maybe it's midplane or something in the enclosure then..
Maybe it's something else on the loop (disk, other i/o module).
What firmware are you on?
Is it the same evision & firmware etc on all the i/o modules?
Are you seeing any other issues?

Maybe it's in there..
You can look in configuration dump or in CV to see if firmware/hw revision are similar.
