eva5000 loop switches

hi expert i have eva 5000 2c7d with 4 loop switches my question is
do we need to configure zoning on the loop switches? or just we plug the cables and it will work?

The internal switches are just for connecting disks to controllers, not for servers. No need to configure anything.

Zoning is a characteristic of fabric topology, that means the architecture implemented in FC switches like Brocade or SAN Switch. Loops devices, as the name suggest uses loop topology, this topology doesn't need zoning because it is a loop.
