hp p6350 command view license registration problem

i have p6350 storage and i did registering license for bussiness copy and continus access with WWN of storage. but when i try to install these two licenses on command view it said" license already installed" and also when i look at license feature of command view it says bussiness copy and continus access not licensed.also i was try to create snapshot but error indicate i dont have license. so please help me what must i do to fix this issue?

Hi

I would start by trying to restart the Command View Server or service if that's not possible and then running a discovery to ensure Command View is up to date.

What version of Command View are you running and what version of XCS code do you have on the P6350

XCS version is 11001100

and command view version is 10.2

Look carefully format of the WWN on your license. It should be in 1234-1234-1234-1234 format.

If it is in 1234123412341234 format it will not work in CV EVA. You will need to contact license team and get the license with correct WWN and correct format.
