iSCSI Discovery Service start up error

Hi, I am setting up two HP DL380G6 servers with an MSA 2012i (with two controllers), and the server-1 is displaying a start up message that says "iSCSI Discovery Service encountered a problem and needed to close", I tryed to gather information about the log event and all I found was:
"â ¢ Event ID 1
â ¢ Initiator failed to connect to the target. Target IP address and TCP Port number are given in dump data.
o This event is logged when the initiator could not make a TCP connection to the given target portal. The dump data in this event will contain the Target IP address and TCP port to which initiator could not make a TCP connection."

I ping both iSCSI targets from my host and both reply, so I don't understand why this happens or how can I fix this, does anybody have an idea that can help me?

NOTE: Please see attached screen capture.

thanks in advance to all =)
