install SSCM ver 2.20.05 on windows server 2008 R2

dears,
how I will install simple SAN connection manager ver 2.20.05 “ management mode” on windows server 2008 R2 ?
it give this error:
“Error: The operating system service pack version does not meet the minimum requirements. Please consult the users guide for operating system compatibility. Error Code (30).”
windows server 2008 R2 didn’t need service pack yet?

this is a standard message given by many producty that doesn't detect the running windows version correctly. It seems that SSCM 2.20.05 isn't supported with W2K8 R2.

how I will get formal answer from HP about that?

I came to know that SSCM v2.20 is not supported on Windows server 2008 R2 yet. The next release of SSCM would support R2 edition.
