msa 2312fc can't log in

hiii,

i request 2 controllers p/n:490092-001 (Aj798a) to an MSA2000 chases now i faced a problem to access throw the ip addresses i knew the default ip 10.0.0.2,3 for controller A and B
so how can i access on theses controllers to complete the configuration.

If you cannot access via network, how about the CLI via serial connection?

i use windows 7 64bit i try be IE 8 and firefox 3.6.13 there is java 6u23 32bit and nod32 4 .i use SecureCRT i configure it for serial connection i enable cooks for any web site
