msa2000 reboots every 2 minutes ??

this one is weird...already had new chassis, different psus, Hdds & new controller but the array reboots like clockwork every 2 minutes & the unit is standalone just now ....only power, lan & cli cables connected....tried differnt power leads & ac power outlet..no change...just started doing it..no changes were made...updated f/w to latest release using a spare array...is there a back to factory default setting that can be made thru the CLI port ...thanks

Unplug the LUN and cli (serial?) cables to see if something external is causing it.

Is it powered by a UPS? If so plug it to wall power (utility power) to see if there is something power related coming from the UPS.

I tried different power outlet & power cables ..made no change...lots of other kit running just fine on the same mains power...reboots whether cli cable is plugged in or not..need the lan cable to check array status

You must unplug the LAN cable to eliminate any network agents rebooting the array. If you leave the LAN cable unplugged for about 10 minutes and you plug it back in can you immediately check the uptime of the array?
