no report from navisphere analyzer

Hi,

We are using CX3-00 emc clariion box and I am unable to see the performance details of any device in the storage box. But Navisphere analyzer is installed.
Please help me to resolve this issue as i am in need of the performance report for the devices desperately. Please refer the attachment.
