problem of redundancy controller on msa2312i

Hi all,
I have a bay msa2312i with 10 disks of 300 Gb. Disks are configured in mirror (2 by 2). When i create vdisks I see that, the first vdisks is attributed either to the controller A or B, and the second vdisk to either A or B. If the controller (A) occurs, all disks on this controller will be HS. what can i do to have a redundancy controller ? Is there a preferred path to define?
I need your assistance please.
