problem with presenting Vdisk

we are using eva4000 and hosting oracle database on it. i need to put the email database for exchange server on it, so i have created the Vdisk and present it to exchange server. the problem is we can not see the Vdisk from the server.

Hello,

you have a switch that allow SAN connexion from exchange host to storage.
You must allow connexion also on the switch.

(to have a picture, SAN is like car park, switch like motorways, you pay for the motorway AND the car park ...)
