"Volume is missing" EVA 8000

Hello Everybody!

We have a HP EVA 8000. We added a disk to "ungrouped disks" and then added that to a disk group.

Now we have a disk failure, not only one three of the disks.

So, we are trying to replace the failed disks using the following guide:

When we follow step 6 to ungroup the disk from the group it gives an error "Operation Failed! Volume is missing"

Could you please advice on any corrective measures to solve this?
