how can we disable this connection ?

we installed software WEBES , but now unistalled it !

Looks like you have installed Insight Remote Support. It is a good idea anyway, it will monitorice the EVA and servers and warn you and HP if something happens.

but we dont have a support with HP and they opens a ticket for us !

You still have some part or IRS installed, HP RSSM probably. Look in the installed programs for HP Remote Support Software manager.
