report CA percent complete

I'm replicating between 2 EVA4400's with several DR groups. I would like to get a report as to how far behind I am on the destination site. I need this to determine the RPO for the company. Is there a way to get this info out of RSM or CV? Best would be to script it somehow.

Re: report CA percent complete

What do you mean by 'how far behind'? There is no delay when you are using synchronous replication. Maybe you can see something on the replication tabs when you are using 'enhanced asynch replication' which can use the write history log.

I'm using async mode which means that the remote array will be behind the primary by a certain amount. I know this will depend on the latency between the 2 arrays and the amount of data being written to the primary. So, if the primary fails, at what point is the remote?

If the replication link is not fast enough to transfer all the changes instantly, they will begin to accumulate on the DR Group log.

You can look in the DR Group properties, Log tab, Log Use - Transactions to merge.
