unable to get fnames file loaded with friendly names

I am not seeing any fnames in conf file.

You will need to create a new fnames.conf file with the following command:
:\evaperf fn

This will create a new friendly names file.
Friendly names will now be available when collecting evaperf data.

An fnames.conf file did exist. So I deleted it and created a new one. I get same error when I attempt to populate the file using the fnh command.
