excused if I open a new one ticket but i'm not successful to continue that one precedence. I have some question to make: as I can update eva3000 3000, the controllers, the discs and the switch brocade without to lose the information?

Over the past years I have done a number of hardware/software upgrades on most of the EVA models and never lost data (phew ;-)

But I really, really recommend that you run a full backup before the work starts.
