Generally speaking, Boot from FC SAN via a Nimble storage array is supported with HP-UX 11iv3 IA B.11.31.1603 (March 2016) or later, using the latest 8Gb & 16Gb FC HBA Stand-up PCIe cards, not directly connected.

So far, the share document did not provide any information about HPUX SAN boot with Nimble storage arrays.
