We have been receiving the alert below severally.

Please, what could be the solution to this problem?

Message: Active Directory Domain Controller for domain is not reachable. Contact your Active Directory administrator.

It looks like the DNS resolution issue to me which the SRV record of Domain Controller can't be resolved hence leading authentication failure...

Have you engaged with Support?  support@nimblestorage.com

Or you can check the time synchronization between DCs and array, as it's also important for AD authentication.
