Nimble All-Flash vs 3PAR 8450

How Can I use Nimble All-Flash array for File sharing services(NAS) ? Is there any performance bottleneck if I Use 3PAR 8450 for Block and File workloads?

Nimble is a native iSCSI or FC block storage platform, so if you want to offer file services, then you can do that through a VM gateway (Windows 2016 is awesome for SMB). Or you can use a StoreEasy gateway.

HI
I think ndyer39 meant, that you set up a Server 2016 VM, and attaches the VM a volume which is stored on nimble and benefit from the Server 2016 SMB performance together with the nibmle performance.

Kind regards
