iLO4からのテストイベントがInsight Remote Support7.0.5.193のService Eventで受信出来ない

【現象】
iLO4のリモートサポートのサービスイベントより、テストイベントの送信をクリックし、
テストトラップを送信するが、Not Registeredの表示がされ、テストが、IRSコンソールの
Service Event に表示されない。

【改善方法】
・iLO4とIRS（通報サービス）の間では、Port443と7906を使用します。
　⇒Windows FireWallが有効な場合（デフォルトの場合）は、上記が閉じている状態です。

・iLO4からのテストイベントが、IRS側で受信出来ない場合は、Windows FireWallを無効にするか、
　上記Portの開放が必要です。
