3PAR: "A connection to the storage system could not be made" once per Day

Hello,

OneView Version is:  1.20.05-0201918, Jun 2, 2015

3PAR HP_3PAR 7200c Firmware 3.2.1.200

The 2 3PARs are added sucsessfully to OneView an everything is green and all Data is shown.

But arround once a Day we got the Message: A connection to the storage system could not be made.

We clear the Message, but next Day it come back again.

Re-Apply Login and Sync is OK

Test with Powershell WSAPI is OK

Any Idea?

Without an appliance support dump, it will be difficult to tell you what the cause is.  You have already checked the WSAPI service on the 3PAR system, which would have been the first thing I would have suggested.  Is the appliance on the same L2 VLAN and IP Subnet as the Storage System?  If not, is there a firewall that could be doing something to the connection?

I find it strange that you state once a day.  The appliance refreshes the storage system status every 20 minutes.  So if there was something going on with networking, it should happen more than once a day.

Where you using CLI's showeventlog?

And since there are two arrays, there doesn't seem to be an array pattern.
