is it applicable to add synergy oneview on monitoring mode, to oneview appliance in order to see all my devices in same DataCenter option feature found in oneview appliance, and to set a single pane of email alrting . instead of setting several alrting configurations for each of synergy oneview and synergy appliance

SolutionUnfortunately, no. The Synergy Composer runs HPE OneView. You cannot add a OneView appliance to another. Instead, you can use HPE OneView Global Dashboard to unify the inventory and critical health of multiple appliances, regardless if virtual machine or HPE Synergy Composer.
As for alert configuration, you have to do this per appliance. You can configure this either in the UI, or using scripting tools, like the HPE OneView PowerShell library (Add-OVSmtpAlertEmailFilter).
