Add vCenter to HPE Oneview

Dear all,

I have a Oneview appliance 4.1 and Vcenter 4.0.  I tried to add this Vcenter to Oneview (via  Hypervisor Manager) but it failed, It just returned me a message - Unable to connect to Oneview.

My Question is:

- Can I add Vcenter to Oneview thru hypervisor manager without adding any license or plugiin?

- All my managed devices has it own iLO advanced license, do i need any further license to manage server's hardware ?
