Hello,
I have OneView 5.00.01 and have several Apollo c2600 chassis with the XL170r Gen9 servers installed. When adding these to OneView, the form factor does not seem to be recognized properly in order to add these to a rack. Eventhough the hardware type defines it as a half width, it is represented as a full width 1U server when trying to add it to a rack and it also does not understand the power configuration, which prevents it from being added to a rack PDU.
Is this something HPE is aware of? If so, are there any plans to have these represented properly in racks in a future release?
Thank you!

SolutionUnfortunately, Apollo servers will show up as either 1U or 2U, depending on the model. OneView today does not comprehend the Apollo chassis. Can you tell me what Apollo models you have in your environment? If you need to, feel free to reach out to me via private message with more details if you can provide it.
