BAD CODE IN FLASH
Hi
I am a begnning student , three days ago i had a problem but i can’t so it alone i try explain it , so first i’m so sorry for my bad language, so i have a switch Aruba 5320-24 j9782a version YB.15.09 .
I had a stupid idea and i format the switch whith a LAN Monitor Commands , i though it is a very nice idea to clean it , i tried many skils to risolve it but i can’t , i Asked for help if some one can do it , so When i tried to download the IOS from my Pc to switch via xmodem when finished in the print from switch is download was successfull then
Error, unable to find boot device. Error code 0.
Could not open Image file
Bad code in FLASH
Flash memory needs reprogramming or chassis could be faulty.
Use a PC as the console and perform the update procedure
by serial Xmodem download of the current Switch Image.
If unsuccessful w/ downloading, then try replacing chassis.

Re: BAD CODE IN FLASH
Hello,
What was the software version running before format?
The version you have mentioned seems to be ROM version.
Thanks!
