Cannot Login to OneView Appliance after upgrade to 3.10.07

After upgrading to version 3.10.07, the web interface (even on the console) doesn't show the fields for login and password, only the following message: "There was a problem while processing the request. The request might not have completed within the required timeout, or another error might have occurred. Resend the request. If the error persists, create a support dump and contact your authorized support representative."

Has anyone encountered this issue?

If the appliance is unable to startup, please open a support case. The cord be any number of causes, from the hypervisor host staring the appliance boot up (which is CPU and RAM heavy), to an internal file system full (did you recently disable remote support to then re-enable).

Thank you for your reply Chris.

The appliance does start-up and without any errors, until it was supposed to give me the chance to login, but alas, the login fields are replaced by that message.

Remote support hasn't been configured.

I will open a support case tomorrow.
