Changing OneView license
If a blade enclosure was imported into OneView with the wrong license model, then you have to remove the enclosure and re-add it. But what happens when the enclosure is running in production?
Is it non disruptive, to remove / re-add it, or do we need to power down the servers?
Regards
Brian

Re: Changing OneView license
Hello Brian, and welcome to the HP OneView community.
Removing and Adding an enclosure for Management is disruptive, and will require downtime. That is the only mechanism today to change the license intent if it was incorrectly selected.

Re: Changing OneView license
Hello,
it seems that we are having the same issue. The system board of one blade was substituted because of defect. And now there is a warning that this blade wants "HP OneView Advanced w/o iLO" and one "HP OneView Advanced" is available.
Is it still so that I have to remove the whole enclosure?
Cheers,
Timo
