Configuring OneView for Insight Support fails

Hi,

This is also posted in IRS forum

I have customer who is using HPE OneView and wants to enter our HPE Location ID for Preferred Service Provider in Insight Remote Support of HPe OneViiew
When doing so he gets the following message:

Unable to find partner

Channel Partner ID xxxxxxxx caanot be resolved (here xxxxxx is our ID)

When he however enters the same number for Preferred Reseller, the number is accepted and we are listed as the preferred reseller.

The same Location Id is used by other customers using IRS (instead of OneView) and there the number is accepted and everything is fine.. HPE OneView V4.x seems to have this problem
What could be wrong

The veriosn of OneView used is Oneview  4.00.09-0345092

Update to OneView and reapplying the Partner ID solved this
