Re: Device is reporting an internal degraded status

Hi,

For the 338-HPE RESTful API Error showing up, please make sure that the BIOS and iLO firmware are at the latest available versions.

For the Smart Storage Battery failure (Battery 1, service information: 0x0A), the AHS logs need to be analysed to understand if the battery alone is at fault or if it is a cache problem or if it is storage controller firmware related.

Hence requesting you to log a case with the HPE Support Center for further troubleshooting and they would be able to help you out.

BR,

Shruthi

Dear Sir,

I appreciate your quick answer, the issue was from lithium ion battery, I have changed it the error now has disappeared.

Many Thanks
