Hello All,
I Have a ProLiant BL460c Gen9 Server gives : Device is reporting an internal degraded status
any suggestion fix the issue please ?
Logs:
Maintenance [NOT SET] [NOT SET] 1 Maintenance note: iLO performed an auto-RESTORE operation.
Rack Infrastructure [NOT SET] [NOT SET] 5 Server Blade Enclosure Power Request Denied: Enclosure Busy (Enclosure Address 0000, Slot 11)
POST Message 01/01/2001 00:01 01/01/2001 00:01 1 POST Error: 266-Non-Volatile Memory Corruption Detected. Configuration settings restored to defaults. If enabled, Secure Boot security settings may be lost. Action: Restore desired configuration settings. Contact HPE if issue persists.

SolutionHi,
For the 338-HPE RESTful API Error showing up, please make sure that the BIOS and iLO firmware are at the latest available versions.
For the Smart Storage Battery failure (Battery 1, service information: 0x0A), the AHS logs need to be analysed to understand if the battery alone is at fault or if it is a cache problem or if it is storage controller firmware related.
Hence requesting you to log a case with the HPE Support Center for further troubleshooting and they would be able to help you out.

I appreciate your quick answer, the issue was from lithium ion battery, I have changed it the error now has disappeared.
