Email Notification debug

HI everyone

I have a problem when upgrade HPE Oneview to 4.10.  The email notification doesn´t any more.

Somebody know how debug the trafic from Appliance to snmp Server, like usually we can do with the telnet to the 25 port.

Please help me.. o comments to try to fix this problem

Hi Izaac, 

Have you verified the settings in the OV. Please find the below link which can help you in configuring the Email alerts in OV.

Please verify if the appliance can ping the destination, Verify if the SMTP port is correctly configured, Verify if the destination is reachable. 

If all configuration is good and you still have issues with alerts, please log a case with HPE technical team
