Is it possible to extract a firmware bundle ISO from oneview (that was previously loaded) ?

No, you cannot extract a firmware bundle ISO from oneview (that was previously loaded).

SolutionInspect the filename from the Appliance repository page. Then download from
http://<IP>/nossl/fwbundles/<SPPFILENAME>.iso

Please know that this is only supported with SPP's that were uploaded to the appliance. Unfortuantely, a Custom Baseline created on the appliance is not a consumable ISO, nor can it then be downloaded.
