HP One View for vmware vCenter 8.1
hi there,
recently, I downloaded HPE One View for vmware vCenter (OV4VC) v8.1 and deployed its OVA.
everything at installation goes fine, and also adding vcenter and storages was straight forward.
but, at configuration step, I found out that its plug-in did not add to vcenter.
I have one vcenter 6.5 and one PSC.
no Error occured in no steps..
besides, all vcenter, ESXi servers, PSC and OV4VC have the same NTP configuration.
please help me know how I can add its plugin to vcenter,
thank you.

Re: HP One View for vmware vCenter 8.1
Same issue for me too. I deployed the OVA and added my vCenter 6.5 instance to the appliance, but I can't see the plugin anywhere. The manuals have no mention of plugin installation, they just say it "should be installed", except no step I've taken involves installing a plugin.

Re: HP One View for vmware vCenter 8.1
In vSphere 6.5 you can't use anything but the web client. I have checked the extensions list under the managed object browser in vSphere - there are no entries in there relating to HP(E).

Have you got a link for that? I downloaded OV4VC yesterday and the latest version was 8.1: https://h20392.www2.hpe.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do%3FproductNumber%3DHPVPR

Re: HP One View for vmware vCenter 8.1
So are you saying that this is a reported issue on v8.1?

Re: HP One View for vmware vCenter 8.1
Hello,
Be sure to install vCenter 6.5b patch. I could not get it to work until that patch was installed.
Best regards,
