HPE Onboard Administrator for HPE BladeSystem on HPE OneView

I have an issue about adding HPE BladeSystem on managing via HPE OneView. Is there any need to input OA Credential?

Yes, you need to provide an Onboard Administrator account with administrator rights to it.  That's because OneView needs to write configuration to the OA that without an admin type account is impossible to do.
