Dears,
before upgrading from 2.00.09 to 3.00.07; we did a backup from HP Oneview after this backup the customer did a reboot for the VM Hyper-V where the oneview is installed but unfortunatly when starting appliance a message appear "OOPS! restart the appliance. Contact your authorized support representative for assistance" then we tried to restart the appliance with the same isuue.
Please advise,

SolutionHi Ralph,
As per current scenario my suggestion is to raise a support ticket with HPE technical Support team to recovery OneView appliance from current state.
Or
You can deploy new appliance with same IP address and host name and restore the backup. Note : make sure at this time problematic appliance should be in shutdown state.
With reference to reported issue you can refer customer advisory.
