Hardware DL380p Gen8 and Gen9
Hello,
We have one ProLiant DL380p Gen8 (ilo4 v2.03 with HPAJ764A) and one ProLiant Gen9 (ilo4 v2.03 with SN1000Q) added in OneView v1.20.
The issue is that OneView is unable to collect information about adapters, ports, connections :
Server Hardware Types : No adapters. Adapter information is not collected for rack mount servers
Server Hardware : No ports. Port information is not collected for rack mount servers
Server Profiles : No connections . Not supported for this server hardware type
Looking in support matrix the hardware is supported so why OneView is not able to collect ?

While the DL380 Gen8 and DL380 Gen9 ares supported hardware devices, components within the server might not be manageable. For instance, OneView does not manage Ethernet, FC or CNA adapters present within the server, and we don't collect adapter information today.
