New OneView VM Appliance got stuck in "Step 1: Prepare Appliance"

 I am not sure if this is the proper channel to ask, but this is my situation, we are deploying a new OneView VM appliance to monitor out Simplivity clusters, the OVA got deployed successfully, however when I started the VM I got stuck in this stage "Step 1: Prepare Appliance", I have been waiting for it to move for 24hrs now. I don't have an idea what is happening in the background, and it's not showing any buttons to press. And this happened to v6.0, v6.5, and v6.6.

well, for v6.3 its a different story, it got stuck on the "initial configuration stage" it won't to the next stage after you filled out the form.

I'm not sure what I am missing, the install guide is fairly straightforward.

What is your hypervisor you are installing the appliance onto?  What is the underlying server hardware?  Please be as specific as you can.

Model: ProLiant BL460c Gen9
