Non-existent alert still associated with Server Profile

I have an alert from 8/24 still associated with a Server Profile in the Server Profile view.   However,  this alert is no where to be found in Activity and doesn't apply to the Server Profile anymore.

I need to remove this alert but can't do it from Activity.  What are my options?

Apparantly OneView didn't like the Server Profile.  I removed and re-added and it cleared the error.
