with 3.0 I read the appliance minimum requirement is 16GB and 4vCPU .
Is there a maximum limit on Mem/vCPU? If I give the VM 32GB of Memory can the OV application make use of the RAM and additional vCPUs.

SolutionHPE OneView will not scale appropriately when you add more CPU and RAM to the virtual appliance. It would only help reserve more resources for the appliance to use if the host is being starved by other VM's or if the CPU GHz rating is low (close to or at 2.00Ghz).
