OV4VC 10 - SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED

Hello,

I can not connect OV4VC to OneView (it was possible with 9.6).

Error is ssl.SSLError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:720)

Certificate of OneView is signed by internal CA. How can I get this trusted?

Hello,

In 10.0 release while adding HPE OneView credentials user will get option to accept the certifciate. Once the cert is accepted by user the same certifcate will be used for future OneView communication.

Internal CA and self signed certficate also supported.

So, Where do you see this error?

If you see this error in the OV4VC plugin page, then it may be due to this old plugin cache in vCenter. Remove the vCenter and cleanup the old plugin. reboot the vCenter. After reboot register the vCenter again.
