OneView Certificate from Enterprise CA

I am trying to obtain a certificate for the OneView appliance from our Enterprise CA to replace the self signed certificate.

I selected Create appliance certificate signing request from the Actions menu and left the fields as-is and selected Ok. It provides me a certificate request in a text box.

I copied this into a text file in notepad. When I attempted to submit new request on the CA. It displays the following error:

The request contains no certificate template information. 0x80094801 The request does not contain a certificate template extension or the CertificateTemplate request attribute.

Can anyone help with this?
