OneView and StoreServ
Hello,
does OneView support 3PARs using RemoteCopy (synchronous)?
Will OneView build the correct zoning for it?
If not is this feature planned and when?
Regards,
cprinz

Re: OneView and StoreServ
Hello cprinz,
Yes, Oneview supports the features and with SAN manageres (like BNA for brocade) you can atutomate zoning.

Re: OneView and StoreServ
hello,
so if i add a volume from one 3PAR it will zone both 3PARs.
For BNA what version is sufficient. in the other thread i was adviced, the free Professional should be sufficient.
But in the guide it is statet, that smi is not sopported on the professional version.

Re: OneView and StoreServ
Hello Cprinz,
Sorry.
It appears the automatic zoning is not available - Referred http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-a00038633en_us-1.pdf pag 90
Please refer https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-a00006894en_us for BNA compatibiltiy with Oneview.
